They must be vacated before 12 pm on the day of departure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Any late departure will be charged as an additional night.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you wish to access your room before 3:30 pm on the day of arrival, we recommend booking the previous night (at a preferential rate if availability permits).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Similarly, for late departures, booking the following night will allow you to keep your room after 12 pm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you do not wish to book an additional night, we are happy to store your luggage for you.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For long stays (over one week), a weekly charge will apply.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All of our rooms are non-smoking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For bookings of more than 7 rooms or 7 nights, specific cancellation conditions may apply. A 30% deposit will be required at the time of confirmation, with full prepayment required before arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">BOOKING \/ PAYMENT<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. On weekends, the minimum stay duration is two nights.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A pre-authorization for the amount of your stay will be processed on your credit card 72 hours before your arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For flexible rates, payment will be made at check-out.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For promotional offers and for stays including a restaurant and\/or spa reservation, as well as for flexible rates during the high season (from May to September), payment will be charged 7 days prior to arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For the Long Stay offer during the high season (from May to September), payment will be charged 14 days prior to arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For prepaid offers, full payment of the stay will be made at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">CANCELLATION<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cancellation of a stay must be made in writing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For flexible rates, cancellation is free of charge until 3 p.m. (local time), 2 days before the arrival date, unless otherwise specified.<\/li>\n<li>For promotional offers and for stays including a restaurant and\/or spa booking, as well as for flexible rates during the high season (from May to September), free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>For the Long Stay offer during the high season (from May to September), free cancellation is accepted up to 14 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Prepaid offers are non-refundable and cannot be modified.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Any late cancellation or early departure will be charged for the full amount of the stay initially booked.<br \/>\nAny request to modify the dates of stay made after the cancellation deadline will be considered a cancellation and therefore charged accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In case of early departure or no-show, the remaining stay will be fully charged.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For treatments booked but not attended, and not cancelled 48 hours in advance, the full amount of the booked service will be charged.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>For reservations of 7 guests or more at La Table du Lavoir, cancellations free of charge are permitted up to 12 hours before the start of service. For La Grand&#8217;Vigne, cancellations free of charge are permitted up to 24 hours before the start of service, regardless of the number of guests.<\/li>\n<li>We do not require a bank guarantee for reservations of fewer than 7 guests at La Table du Lavoir. From 7 guests onwards, a guarantee of \u20ac50 per person is required. At La Grand\u2019Vigne, a guarantee of \u20ac100 per person is required. During peak periods, a bank guarantee may be required regardless of the number of guests.<\/li>\n<li>Right of withdrawal after purchase of a gift voucher: In accordance with current regulations, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the gift voucher purchase confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations made using a gift voucher are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">OPENING HOURS<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The La Grand&#8217;Vigne restaurant is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>La Table du Lavoir is open daily for lunch and dinner, from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm.<\/li>\n<li>ROUGE is open from Monday to Sunday, from 11 am to 10 pm, with kitchen service available from 12 pm to 9:15 pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">STAYS, PACKAGES, COURSES &amp; RITUALS<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Any expenses not included in a package are charged additionally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Unused services will not be subject to a reduction, deduction, or refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">EXTRA BEDS<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For bookings involving 3 adults or more, an additional bed is required and is charged at \u20ac50 per person per night for the Prestige Rooms, Junior Suites, Prestige Suites, Signature Suites, and the Au Coeur des Sources apartment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">CHILDREN<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is possible to set up a baby cot for \u20ac20 per night (for babies aged 0 to 2 years inclusive) and an extra bed for \u20ac50 per night (for children aged 2 to 12 years inclusive) in a Prestige Room or Suite.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menus are available at a reduced rate for children up to the age of 12.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">PARKING, GARAGES<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Free outdoor parking; Closed garage \u20ac40 per day.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">PETS<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li>Pets are welcome at Les Sources de Caudalie and La Chartreuse du Thil.
