A 30% deposit will also be requested upon confirmation and full prepayment before arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">BOOKING \/ PAYMENT<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><p data-start=\"83\" data-end=\"191\">All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. On weekends, the minimum stay is two nights.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"193\" data-end=\"301\">A pre-authorization of the amount of your stay will be made on your credit card 72 hours prior to arrival.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For flexible rates, payment will be made at check-out.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For promotional offers and for stays including a restaurant and\/or spa reservation, as well as for flexible rates during the high season (from May to September), payment will be charged 7 days prior to arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For the Long Stay offer during the high season (from May to September), payment will be charged 14 days prior to arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"882\">For prepaid offers, full payment of the stay will be made at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">CANCELLATION<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><p>All cancellation requests must be made in writing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For flexible rates, cancellation is free of charge until 3 p.m. (local time) 2 days before the arrival date, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<li>For promotional offers and stays including a booking at the restaurant and\/or the spa, as well as for flexible rates in high season (May to September), free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>For the Long Stay offer in high season (May to September), free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Prepaid offers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification.<\/li>\n<li>Any late cancellation or early departure will be charged for the full amount of the stay initially booked.<br \/>\nAny request to modify the dates of stay made after the cancellation deadline will be considered a cancellation and therefore charged accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of an interrupted stay or a no-show, the full remaining amount of the stay will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>For booked treatments that are not honoured and not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the full cost of the reserved treatment will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>For reservations of 7 guests or more at L&#8217;Auberge des C\u00eeteaux, cancellations free of charge are permitted up to 12 hours before the start of service. For Le Clos de la Tour, cancellations free of charge are permitted up to 24 hours before the start of service, regardless of the number of guests.<\/li>\n<li>Right of withdrawal after purchasing a gift voucher: in accordance with current regulations, the client may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation for the gift voucher.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations made using a gift voucher are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">STAYS, PACKAGES, PROGRAMMES &amp; RITUALS<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li>Any expenses not included in a package will be charged extra.<\/li>\n<li>Unused services are not eligible for any discount, deduction or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">EXTRA BEDS<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li>For bookings involving 3 adults or more, an extra bed will be charged at \u20ac50 per person per night for Prestige Rooms, Junior Suites, Prestige Suites, Signature Suites and the Suite Particuli\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">CHILDREN<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li>A baby cot can be provided for \u20ac20 per night (for babies aged 0 to 2 years inclusive), and an extra bed for \u20ac50 per night (for children aged 2 to 12 years inclusive) in Prestige Rooms, Junior Suites, Prestige Suites, Signature Suites and the Suite Particuli\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>We offer reduced-price menus for children up to the age of 12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">PARKING<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li>Our outdoor car park is free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"custom-block block--title-text\">\n\n            <h2 class=\"title\">PETS<\/h2>\n    \n            <div class=\"text rte\"><ul>\n<li>Pets are welcome at Les Sources de Vougeot.
