From Friday 27 to Sunday 29 March, Take the Time invites you to enjoy a wellbeing escape at Les Sources de Vougeot, in the heart of Burgundy.
Designed as a holistic wellbeing experience, this two night retreat encourages you to slow down, recentre and cultivate inner balance through gentle, accessible yoga practices dedicated to letting go and deep restoration.
Throughout the stay, yoga sessions naturally complement moments of rest, treatments and relaxation, creating a harmonious rhythm that allows the body to release tension and the mind to find calm. The experience is intentionally fluid, with no fixed schedule, leaving each guest the freedom to fully embrace every moment.
Between practices, time is devoted to tranquillity, personal moments and shared experiences, all within a deliberately soft and exclusive atmosphere, ideal for reconnecting with yourself.
