Just a few kilometres from Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, L’Île aux Oiseaux is one of the most iconic suites at Les Sources de Caudalie. Inspired by the traditional cabanes tchanquées of Arcachon Bay, this 61 m² Signature Suite appears to float above the estate’s natural lake.
Designed by renowned couturier Rabih Kayrouz, its light-filled interiors blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, while its stilted terrace offers a peaceful setting to admire the scenery in complete privacy.

Le Baron Perché
A land of majestic châteaux, ancient forests and beautifully landscaped gardens, the Loire Valley provides the perfect setting for an escape beyond the ordinary. At Les Sources de Cheverny, close to the region’s most celebrated Loire Valley castles, Le Baron Perché is nestled within a preserved estate surrounded by a lake, orchards and unspoilt nature.
Perched on stilts above the water, this 47 m² solid timber cabin enjoys sweeping views over the estate. Inside, soft tones, luxurious fabrics and carefully curated vintage pieces create a warm and distinctive retreat. Outside, a private terrace with a Nordic bath invites you to unwind while immersed in nature.
