Our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• All prices include VAT, excluding the tourist tax of €3.32 per night and per person.
• The half-board supplement includes breakfast and one meal in our inn (excluding drinks).
• Accepted credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.
• Cheques are not accepted.

• On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3.30 p.m. They must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure.
• Any late departure will be charged as an additional night.
• If you wish to have your room available before 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival, we recommend booking the night before (at a preferential rate subject to availability).
• Likewise, for late departures, booking the following night will allow you to keep your room after 12 noon.
• If you do not wish to book an extra night, we will be happy to store your luggage for you.
• For long stays (more than one week), billing will be issued on a weekly basis.
• All our rooms are non-smoking.
• For bookings of more than 7 rooms or 7 nights, specific cancellation conditions may apply. A 30% deposit will also be requested upon confirmation and full prepayment before arrival.

• All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
• A pre-authorisation for the amount of your stay will be made on your credit card 72 hours before your arrival.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• For flexible rates, cancellation is free of charge until 3 p.m. (local time) 2 days before the arrival date, unless otherwise stated.
• For promotional offers and stays including a booking at the restaurant and/or the spa, as well as for flexible rates in high season (May to September), free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
• For the Long Stay offer in high season (May to September), free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
• Prepaid offers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification.
• Any late cancellation or early departure will be charged for the full amount of the original booking.
• In the event of an interrupted stay or a no-show, the full remaining amount of the stay will be charged.
• For booked treatments that are not honoured and not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the full cost of the reserved treatment will be charged.
• Restaurant bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 noon on the day of service.
• We require a guarantee of €100 per guest in our gastronomic restaurant and €50 per guest in our inn.
• Right of withdrawal after purchasing a gift voucher: in accordance with current regulations, the client may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation for the gift voucher.

• Any expenses not included in a package will be charged extra.
• Unused services are not eligible for any discount, deduction or refund.

• For bookings involving 3 adults or more, an extra bed will be charged at €50 per person per night for Prestige Rooms, Junior Suites, Prestige Suites, Signature Suites and the Suite Particulière.

• A baby cot can be provided for €20 per night (for babies aged 0 to 2 years inclusive), and an extra bed for €50 per night (for children aged 2 to 12 years inclusive) in Prestige Rooms, Junior Suites, Prestige Suites, Signature Suites and the Suite Particulière.
• We offer reduced-price menus for children up to the age of 12.

• Our outdoor car park is free of charge.

• Pets are welcome at Les Sources de Vougeot. However, please inform our team at the time of booking.
• Please note that pets must be kept on a lead and are not allowed near our swimming pools, in the Spa by Caudalie or in the gastronomic restaurant.
• Our accommodation supplement is a fixed rate of €30 per day and per pet.
