We are dedicated to using local, seasonal, and fresh ingredients, showcasing them in vibrant dishes full of joy and emotion. Working closely with Mother Nature, between the Sologne forest and the gardens of the Loire Valley, we strive to incorporate local products into all our dishes.
Located in the former cellar of the estate, the bar of L’Auberge is a colourful and multi-faceted place, just like the Romorantin vines that ripen their grapes in the sun on the other side of the estate. The perfect place for a glass of wine and few appetizers before lunch or dinner.
