In the kitchen, Chef Julien Martin draws on his experience at Les Sources de Caudalie and Les Sources de Cheverny. A native of Burgundy, he expresses a sincere attachment to his region through generous, authentic cuisine, subtly enhanced by a contemporary touch.

Local specialities are reinterpreted with finesse and paired with a thoughtfully selected range of Burgundy wines, offering a dining experience that is both elegant and memorable.

A warm atmosphere

Bathed in natural light thanks to large picture windows, the dining room reveals a refined yet welcoming architecture, highlighted by a magnificent white painted timber framework.

Inspired by the spirit of a contemporary bistro, the layout combines bare tables, banquettes and individual chairs, while the floral porcelain tableware subtly reflects the soul of the Burgundy countryside.

With the return of fine weather, the experience extends outdoors. The terrace offers uninterrupted views of the château and invites guests to enjoy a meal in a bucolic setting, beside the charming fountain.
