Within its majestic glasshouse, the indoor pool reveals itself like a jewel, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in total tranquility. Nature becomes a work of art through the creativity of Mathilde de L’Ecotais, offering a unique experience that evokes the enchanting natural surroundings of Les Sources de Caudalie. Open year-round from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Outside, swimmers can relax in the heated pool from May to October, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering a peaceful break in the heart of the vineyard.

The sauna, an elegant barrel-shaped treasure, majestically sits on the terrace of the indoor pool. An oasis of serenity enhancing the experience with its enveloping warmth. A haven of relaxation, open for free access from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and available for private booking upon request outside peak hours.

The hot tub, echoing the famous barrel bath, is available year-round from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., inviting everyone on an enchanting sensory journey.

Yoga : For our Yogi clients, we offer weekly yoga classes every Saturday morning at 10 a.m., as well as private classes upon request throughout the week. 

Weekly yoga class: €45 per person
Private yoga class: €120/class for 1 – €190/class for 2 – €250/class for 5 or more 

Coaching: explore movement and letting go. Our coach Julien will guide you in achieving your fitness goals: brisk walking, running, cycling, fitness, strength training, tennis lessons—Julien adapts to all your desires.

Every Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. (from April to October only), we offer a free workout session with our coach Julien.

For any bookings outside of these times, our coach can be available for a tailored session at a price of €90/hour.

Rejuvenate in the heart of the woods of Château Smith Haut Lafitte and experience an enchanting break alongside José le Piez, arborist, and Patricia Chatelain, artist and musician. This is a contemplative forest outing experienced in full awareness, gradually allowing you to return to the present moment and reconnect with what truly matters. This activity offers a time for self-connection with nature, a sensory experience of the undergrowth, and an opportunity to discover it like never before through short guided meditations and various invitations. Forest Bathing reduces stress, soothes, replenishes, boosts vitality, strengthens the immune system, and stimulates concentration, intuition, and creativity. The walk can be followed by a plant-based lunch at ROUGE, our gourmet grocery.
