RATES

Prices are inclusive of VAT, excluding a tourist tax of €5.24 per night per person (and €3.67 at La Chartreuse du Thil).
The half-board supplement includes breakfast and one meal at La Table du Lavoir (excluding drinks).
Accepted credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cheques are not accepted.

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:30 pm. They must be vacated before 12 pm on the day of departure.
Any late departure will be charged as an additional night.
If you wish to access your room before 3:30 pm on the day of arrival, we recommend booking the previous night (at a preferential rate if availability permits).
Similarly, for late departures, booking the following night will allow you to keep your room after 12 pm.
If you do not wish to book an additional night, we are happy to store your luggage for you.
For long stays (over one week), a weekly charge will apply.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
For bookings of more than 7 rooms or 7 nights, specific cancellation conditions may apply. A 30% deposit will be required at the time of confirmation, with full prepayment required before arrival.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. On weekends, the minimum stay duration is two nights.
A pre-authorization for the amount of your stay will be processed on your credit card 72 hours before your arrival.
For flexible rates, payment will be made at check-out.
For promotional offers and for stays including a restaurant and/or spa reservation, as well as for flexible rates during the high season (from May to September), payment will be charged 7 days prior to arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
For the Long Stay offer during the high season (from May to September), payment will be charged 14 days prior to arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
For prepaid offers, full payment of the stay will be made at the time of booking.

Cancellation of a stay must be made in writing.

For flexible rates, cancellation is free of charge until 3 p.m. (local time), 2 days before the arrival date, unless otherwise specified.
For promotional offers and for stays including a restaurant and/or spa booking, as well as for flexible rates during the high season (from May to September), free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.
For the Long Stay offer during the high season (from May to September), free cancellation is accepted up to 14 days before arrival.
Prepaid offers are non-refundable and cannot be modified.
Any late cancellation or early departure will be charged for the entire stay originally reserved.
In case of early departure or no-show, the remaining stay will be fully charged.
For treatments booked but not attended, and not cancelled 48 hours in advance, the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
Restaurant cancellations without charge are allowed up to 12 pm before the service time.
A guarantee of €100 per person is required for reservations at La Grand’Vigne restaurant and €50 per person for reservations at La Table du Lavoir.
Right of withdrawal after purchase of a gift voucher: In accordance with current regulations, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the gift voucher purchase confirmation.

The La Grand’Vigne restaurant is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
La Table du Lavoir is open daily for lunch and dinner, from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm.
ROUGE is open from Monday to Sunday, from 11 am to 10 pm, with kitchen service available from 12 pm to 9:15 pm.

For bookings involving 3 adults or more, an additional bed is required and is charged at €50 per person per night for the Prestige Rooms, Junior Suites, Prestige Suites, Signature Suites, and the Au Coeur des Sources apartment.

It is possible to set up a baby cot for €20 per night (for babies aged 0 to 2 years inclusive) and an extra bed for €50 per night (for children aged 2 to 12 years inclusive) in a Prestige Room or Suite.
Menus are available at a reduced rate for children up to the age of 12.

Pets are welcome at Les Sources de Caudalie and La Chartreuse du Thil. However, please inform our team when making your reservation.
Please note that pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed near our pools, at the Vinothérapie spa, or in the Michelin-starred restaurant La Grand’Vigne.
Accommodation fee, flat rate: €30 per day per pet.
