On Saturday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm, we offer a true immersion in the world of fine dining alongside Chef Nicolas Masse’s team. Come and recreate the best recipes from our two-star restaurant, followed by a group lunch served (at a communal table) at La Grand’Vigne.

This class is conducted in French.

A few Saturdays each month, our Head Sommelier Aurélien Farrouil and his team are delighted to welcome you to the “Tasting Tower.”

During this 90-minute session, he will introduce you to oenology in a friendly atmosphere and answer all your questions about wine and tasting. This offer is reserved for hotel guests.
