In March 2026, Les Sources will establish themselves in Burgundy with a new exceptional address: Les Sources de Vougeot. Opening of bookings in September 2025.

Located just steps from the legendary Clos de Vougeot, this former residence of the Abbots of Cîteaux, dating back to the 14th century, rises in the heart of one of France’s most iconic wine-growing terroirs, surrounded by the renowned climats of the Côte de Nuits.

Alice and Jérôme Tourbier have found here the estate of their dreams in which to write a new chapter in the Collection of Vineyard Hotels.

Faithful to their vision of the “Art of the Vine,” they continue their commitment to a sincere form of wine tourism, rooted in France’s finest terroirs and respectful of the nature that shapes them.

Conceived by the architecture studio Atelier Saint-Lazare, the project breathes new life into this heritage site by combining the authenticity of ancient stonework with the elegance of a contemporary art of living. A unique and inspiring address, where the vine—far more than a backdrop—is a true source of culture, renewal, and emotion.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.

Flavours of Burgundy

Gastronomic table and contemporary inn

At the heart of the estate, Chef Julien Martin elevates local produce into a vibrant and generous cuisine.

The gastronomic restaurant stands out with a finely crafted menu, echoing the great vintages and the seasons that shape Burgundy.

Just next door, the inn reimagines Burgundy’s culinary heritage with a contemporary spirit, combining finesse and creativity.

The wine bar, meanwhile, celebrates the art of tasting with a curated selection of the most sought-after wines from the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, all within a spectacular setting.

Spa by Caudalie: An Awakening of the Senses

The art of care, where nature meets the vine

Beneath the spectacular stone vaults of the former 14th-century cellar lies the Spa by Caudalie. Two majestic pools stretch between the columns and beneath the ribbed arches, creating a timeless setting.

This unique sanctuary offers a true sensory journey celebrating the benefits of the vine and the grape.

Signature treatments, exclusive rituals, an indoor pool, and a hammam are all woven into a serene atmosphere that invites total relaxation. A haven of well-being, where body and mind reconnect with the essentials.

Burgundy, land of wine and emotion

Les Sources de Vougeot, in the heart of the Côte-d’Or, have found their home in a heritage setting where time seems to slow.

Cradled by the gentle waters of the Vouge, they embody an art of living where slow tourism comes naturally, blending well-being, generosity, and authenticity. The magic unfolds through a fully immersive sensory experience, elevated by exceptional service and designed to stir emotion.

Amid classified villages, Cistercian abbeys, and legendary vineyards – Clos de Vougeot, Romanée-Conti, Clos de Tart…- every site tells its own story. On foot or by bike, paths lead to the discovery of châteaux, wine estates, and the cultural treasures of Dijon and Beaune.

A world apart – authentic, refined, and heartfelt—that we look forward to sharing with you.
